Michael "Ironboy" Triana here, pleasure to meet you! Ever since I can remember, I have loved sports and being active. Martial Arts, and all it entails, is more than just a sport to me. It is a lifestyle. It is not only the physical aspects that fascinate me, but also the marvelous values that it teaches: respect, discipline, courage, self-care and self-control — just to name a few.   • 2015 U.S. Open Amateur Muay Thai Lightweight Champion

  • 2014 IKF East Coast Classic Lightweight Champion
  • 1st Degree Taekwondo Black belt
 
One of the most rewarding parts of being a professional martial artist is the experience of meeting amazing people along the way.
